All orders are handled directly by us at mysa. We are a small team and package every order ourselves with care.
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location (Luxembourg, Belgium, France), but you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way. Some of the deliveries will also be made by ourselves, so without any tracking.
If you select the pickup option, you will receive an email with instructions on when and where to collect your order. Please wait for this email before coming to the pickup location.
We appreciate your patience. Every can is packed by hand and sent out by us, so it may take a little longer than big warehouses, but that’s part of the ritual.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy mysa in the best condition.
Because mysa is a sealed beverage, we cannot accept returns for reasons of taste, preference, or change of mind.
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food and drink items once they have been delivered to you.
We will, of course, replace or refund your order if:
your cans arrive damaged or faulty, or
you receive the wrong product.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the product and packaging, so we can make it right.
Thank you for understanding, this helps us guarantee quality and safety for all our customers.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mysa@ultrasoundliquid.com.
